Lish Rocks, is a thermotherapy using stones of all shapes and sizes,
and varying temperatures to bring about release of tension both
physically and mentally - and to give spiritual connection to the earth
energy. The stones can be placed on various areas of the body including trigger points.
Hot stones encourage blood and lymph flow, and provide
soothing heat for deep tissue massage. C cold stones aid with inflammation,
moving blood out of the area and balancing male/female energies.
The stones can also be held in the practitioner’s hands
and used for massaging tight muscle areas.
