Shipping costs vary and start from $9.90, dependent on destination and size, we will always endeavour to send via the most economical way for you and should the shipping for your order be more than the minimum costs we will contact you to advise. If you are making payment by bank transfer we strongly recommend you contact the office prior to arranging the transfer to confirm the exact cost of your order.
Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or by parcel post, however
we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means.
You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise
stated.
You or your agent must be at your delivery address to take delivery of goods.
We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions
at your unattended delivery address.
Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive
a separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has
been packed and processed.
We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to
goods unless you advise us within 48 hours of taking delivery of goods.
We will not accept returns of goods any later than fourteen days (14) after
the date of the invoice. Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy
of the invoice relating to them. We will not accept returns of goods that
are not in the same condition as when supplied.
We will not be liable for claims under warranty unless you provide our
invoice as proof of date of purchase.
